New user interface - The new look is more modern, calm and clear. Despite changes to the look & feel, the solution works the same way as before so you don’t need to learn to navigate all over again.

Punchout – provides a direct access to supplier’s web catalogue. You can add items to the shopping cart and transfer selected items back to InvoiceReady where purchasing is completed according to your standard workflow steps and financial approvals. Product info, including pictures and the pricing, are always up-to-date.

Archive re-import - enables smooth transfer of documents to Cloud. Archive re-import functionality enables you to transfer documents from the on-premise archive platform into the cloud archive. Previously you could transfer only internal invoice archive, now also other document types can be transferred.

Improvements in archive search functionality - archive search can now also be performed using document type criteria. This enables you to see suppliers who send manually processed invoices, including paper and PDF invoices. Driving eInvoice adoption in your supplier base increases automation and reduces errors – this will save you time and money.

Roadmap themes – you will hear about new features and functionalities we plan to introduce to InvoiceReady.
